I think that PD, Fire and Dispatch were all involved was most valuable. Dispatchers are often left out of training events and don't always get the training we should.

As a dispatch supervisor developing policy for my department, this was extremely insightful. I learned a lot about the big picture of incident management during a large scale event.

I feel that as a dispatcher, getting to be involved with the scenarios was most beneficial because it helped me to understand the actual operations of these events. I know how to work intensive traffic, but I like to see all elements to give me a well rounded understanding.
