I would like to see a supplemental checklist for Incident Command. Also, it would be beneficial for you to produce short videos that would demonstrate each position (5th Man, Staging, etc.) that students could use as a refresher.

The only suggestion is cutomizing the software to fit each agency i.e., NYC locations, agency vernacular.
