The resource aspect and coordinating with county management which I will most likely not be doing at a basic patrol level.

Start off at a more basic level. The first day felt slightly overwhelming as i did not have any prior experience with the information and did not know most of the abbreviations.

More trainings related to active shooters and improving coordinating between squads.

The rotation of officers rotating in the different positions was not equal. there were positions that many did not get to be in. also many officers work as oic's and did not practivce in supervisor postioins.
