Dispatch the companies in real order , not chief first before end and ambulance. staging wouldn't be set up before first arriving units assess.

The different jobs needed to coordinate efforts.

Dispatch didn't seem to be involved in the scenarios much if at all. 5 dispatchers were too many, i would suggest 2 at the most.

The scenarios didn't seem to effectively simulate how chaotic i imagine things would be in the dispatch center. there were no phone calls coming in from the public and no one on the radio was asking dispatch for anything needed. this training didn't seem to be geared towards dispatch at all.
