This course isn't really tailored to dispatchers as there was no real information for what we should be doing during an active shooter incident.

As a dispatcher, the course would need to provide insight on what dispatch would be doing throughout the entire incident.

Would be interested in learning the dispatch side of an active shooter not the police and medical side.
