Seeing the experience from multiple perspectives is helpful because it gives me a better view of the battlefield and the strategies needed to contain, control, and recover from an ASIM.

I would like continuous training on operational and command level training; hazmats, disaster response, critical incidents, etc. Especially in working with other agencies (LEO and non-LEO).

The hands on / practical. Learning by doing is better than listening and reading alone.

Nothing was least valuable however the computer movement visuals were nauseating.

Ensure that people are rotated through each section / job if possible to get a better understanding of what each section / job requires.

More training in this as well as IED / Bombing / Terrorist type.

All portions of the course were great. The interactive exercises were immersive and I learned a lot from them. I believe that more interactive incidents to ensure each student sees all portions of the command system would be beneficial.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I believe similar interactive training more specific to some of the command roles such as area command would be great.
