Everything. i feel the simulations greatly enhanced my newfound knowledge of these incidents. they allowed for practical application & was preferable to only lectures.

Amazing instructors. very knowledgeable & helpful.

Further in person training courses inclusive of simulations. hands on training - i feel - is much more effective than online courses. phone training - suicidal subjects, hostage takers - would be immensley helfpful.

As a dispatcher I felt more of a prop and it was geared more towards the field.

The CAD should break down what the fire and police dispatcher are typing it was very hard to read.

It was difficult to see where dispatch fit into the scenarios, other than dispatching the initial call and reminding everyone to go to staging. I imagine we would be busy paging MABAS cards and answering non-stop phone calls.
