The scenerios were very helpful, especially being able to talk about everything afterwards to truly see how we're all feeling about the incident. It is very helpful to get everyone's story and reasoning for why they did something.

Understanding that dispatch as dispatchers we will need to ermbrace training to have hostage negotion skills as well as since we may be the first to speak w/ hostage takers. Also take a more aggressive role in resource managemant when the time comes.
