What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Knowing what this course has to offer, i would like to schedule an additional offering to our area where we can fill the course with additional ranks and numbers. I would also like to see a course offered specifically to command staff on the role of Area Commander.

The integration between the LEO, Fire and EMS. By having to work together at the various assignments, it helped each group know the other's role and work together to accomplish the missions.

While fun, the simulator for the contact teams. Each LEO can utilize the theories of contact teams but the actual tactics are hard to utilize in a simulator like this.

Dynamic training vs virtual would be beneficial in this area. Hands on application, although likely difficult to get all the resources to facilitate, would be extremely helpful. Could even scale them down for training certain portions of this training.
