Such a vital course for things I have not yet experienced. These guys were patient and informing and provided the employees with Ward County with great information to keep the community safe.

The instructors earned a raise. The course is helpful and I will use what I learned during the course. The course will be valuable when I come into a situation similar to the scenarios.
