Some of the positions I functioned in during exercises were not relevant to my job. Transport / Ambulance Driver.

Being the initial or 'boots on ground" was least because that is usually my role during training.

The training and simulation were great tools, however, the experience is limited by the user's knowledge/skill of the use of computer. May i suggest using game console controllers as those are more commonly used.
