Being able to go back to each video, rather than one long video.

Each video just showed a person talking; it didn't have any 'visual' content to help us see how the situation unfolds.

Providing a mock incident where you can play your role and choose what needs to happen for each next step; I am a dispatcher and would like to do a practice round for my role; while also being able to play the other major roles to understand their point of views.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Dispatcher specific training and practice for these types of incidents.

The progression of modules.

Supervisor breakdown. what goes into intel. we covered what you get out of it, but who feeds them intel/how do they operate? staging set up seems missed; it pretty much just covered "you need to stage and this is why.".

Instructors talking at a camera. animations showing movement or setup in a mock scenario would be helpful for visual learners.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Transitioning between contact team to rtf or introduction of rtf into a scene. would like to know more about the intel section. is this a team of officers? also combo of ems/fire and LE? more info would be nice.
