The entire course was a very good refresher for someone with extensive training in this area, but also serves as an excellent starting point for those just beginning. It provides perspective from the many moving parts needed to be successful in these tragic incidents.

Pacing was excellent, and presenters/instructors were engaging. Well done....from a instructors perspective.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Developing large scale training events. Tabletop exercises are good, but there is nothing like large scale hands on events to drive the reality home. Training on how to put such an event on is needed in this area/field.

The break down of the SRP was a good refresher and I believe it was the first time I saw hand gestures. Also, the "waiting" and reunification reminders are things not thought about often.
