Honestly, every aspect what utilized and would be used in my daily job duties if this were to happen.

Add more scribe positions if you're able. I am a dispatcher but scribed for Tactical, Staging, and Command all three days. Having someone there to take focus off of "how" to contain and display the information provided during the exercises relieves the stress of one hands on activities.

Watching the LE, FD/EMS in the roles they would take. In dispatch , we do not get to see that side of it much at all.

Dispatch was used but not as much as I was thinking it would be used.

No other suggestions. Instructors did really well at getting the information across to the class.
