Most valuable was managing multiple incidents at one time and learning to distribute responsibilities.

As a dispatcher, I felt there was more material directed at EMS/Fire, LEOs, and EMs, but not much about us. Not sure if there's a way to improve that.

It's a great training and a great tool for bringing together multiple jurisdictions.

I BELIEVE THIS COURSE COULD BE 48-60 HOURS. 24 HOURS FELT A LITTLE SHORT BUT IT WAS EFFECTIVE.

I think it would be good to let the class completely fail a scenario. No hand holding let them see first hand what to fix without instruction.
