Overall, the course was very well put together and the instructors were very knowledgeable and engaging. It was clear the instructors have been teaching this class for some time. They were well in sync with each other making the learning easy to understand and engaging.

I enjoyed the hands on learning from a dispatch perspective and being able to listen in to the events as they happened and as the teams worked through the scenarios.

We, at our job level, do not handle a lot of 911 calls so most of them would be sent over to our local PSAP to handle but that I believe is situational only to my dispatch agency and not an overall issue with the class at all.

I really enjoyed this course and appreciate the opportunity to take it.

Further education including hostage negotiation training in the event we do get these kinds of calls.

The most valuable part of the course were the scenarios. I am a hands on learner and the scenarios were perfect for my type of learning.
