The structuring and roles of the responding officers. Although supervisors are told that we have these roles, it is not always explained in a comprehensive way.

The Criminal and the Clock. This section is a good baseline for starting the training; however, this information was elementary and should already be known for officers taking this class.

This course touched on all aspects of responding to an active shooter incident, the entire course was excellent. As a law enforcement officer, the information regarding the contact team was most valuable.

I felt that all aspects of this course were extremely valuable, regardless of the agency you work for.

The course is excellent overall.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I believe that tactical training on a regular basis is extremely important. Repetition creates muscle memory, in the event of an actual active shooter we should all rely on our training without second guessing out ability.
