The scenarios are heavily geared towards field units. While there is a dispatch station, one it is kicked off, dispatch's role is reduced.

Allow more time. There was a lot of discussion, which is good, but there were too many people so not everyone got to participate in the exercises.

Scribing at the sections - as a dispatcher, this likely wouldn't be happening.

As a dispatcher, I would recommend involving them more with the incident as it goes on by splitting channels so as not to have everyone on the same talkgroup. Having worked these incidents, this is how we have handled it.
