Learning how all the different agencies work together during an active shooter response was the most valuable part. It gave me a better understanding of how dispatch supports the incident.

I thought all parts of the course were useful and worked together to explain the response process.

Overall, I thought the course was well organized and easy to follow. I don't have any suggestions for improvement.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like more training on the dispatch role during an active shooter incident and how dispatch can best support law enforcement, fire, and EMS throughout the response.
