Being able to follow along in the book, which included images of the power point slides, and then having that tie in specifically with the scenarios was helpful.

The use of case studies and real world examples made the information easier to consume.

The use of the pseudo CAD system brought a level of complexity that did not seem to benefit the training the same as the LE/Fire/EMS/Flight simulator did for lost participating in those roles.

The ability to role play on the EMS/Fire side made things more understandable for what would be considered necessary information to disseminate as either a call taker, dispatcher or floor supervisor.

Working on further training in negotiating or critical incident dispatch.
