Practical exercises and hot wash- The practical exercises put the lessons to practice and helped instill them. The hot wash went over lessons learned from the participation.

You could add an instructor with more of a tactical leadership background, but the two instructors were good and knew the material.

More training in conveying the message to law enforcement the importance of stopping the bleeding / dying, especially when stimulus is no longer present.
