The scenarios allowed for the Dispatchers involved to practice their multi-tasking skills at a more intense level than usual.

Continued group training with Law and Fire in order to gain on hands practice for critical moments.

Instructional Training. Helped explain the steps officers will be taking that us in dispatch typically wouldn't see.

Hands on portion. I believe that with some work this class could greatly help dispatchers. Examples being actually taking the calls and not them popping up on the screen to be read off.

More hands on aspect for dispatch.

Negotiation Training in case the suspect were to call into the dispatch center.
