Learning the Command system and how this all actually works during an incident. I am new to my Chief Officer position so I do not have a lot of experience in that area and this course was very valuable to me.

Great instructors. Great class, thank you. I came in with almost no knowledge and being thrown into the tactical medical was overwhelming but forced me out of comfort zone and to learn. Thank you!!.
