I found the staging officer has different roles.

The exercises made it more confusing on how this is run. I did not get to participate much in the exercises and there wasn't much coordination and even though I was assigned a chip/role it was given to someone else.

Please provide any other comments or suggestions you have for improving this course.

The book should be given out prior to this course. I have had RTF training but have never done this type of training. The powerpoint presentation was not enough to grasp the concept. This should be over 8 hours or maybe 2 separated days to cover more information.

I did not find anything valuable other than the actual textbook and checklist.

Unfortunately the instructors doing their teach back did not present the information effectively. I actually came out of this program more confused than when I took it last year.
