I enjoyed the practical exercises. The instructors tried to get everyone involved, but I would have liked to see Emergency Management play a bigger role in the exercises.

The importance of different agencies working together to reach a common goal. Being in Emergency Management it helped working alongside LE, Fire, and EMS. While they gave me tips on what they specialized in their profession, I was also able to relay to them the importance of establishing healthy relationships so that they know who we are and what we can do for them.
