The after action reviews. They were redundant and every exercise had the same issues so it was repetitive.

None at this time, I thought the course was excellent.

More training along these lines. only thing that could make it better was if it was tailored to my jurisdiction. Other than that, it was great.

I think that the area command/CCA scenarios were the most valuable to me and my learning. As an Emergency Manager, I think that there was the most use for us there, and we were able to apply our skills.

I think that the scenarios in which Emergency Management was not used were the least valuable. We were just serving as scribes, and not applying the skill set we have.

I think maybe some longer scenarios, and maybe a few additional times for Emergency Management to be involved, specifically reunification.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I think that the next important training would be a course on the EM components of an active shooter environment, such as stakeholder communication, reunification, etc.
