Practicing task organization and unified command at each level was the most valuable/useful portion of the class.

A lot of time spent talking rather than doing.

I ended up mostly in unimportant roles not getting to do things so I wasn't able to learn a lot of the positions.

None. This is by far the best crisis response course I have ever attended. The integration of incident command and practical exercises only enhanced the learning experience. Kudos to the instructors who did a great job leading and teaching.
