Continued simulation with evolving roles, it was great to be able to practice multiple roles during the three day training event. The simulations were most valuable, allowing us to apply the didactic portion to a simulated event.

The process. Instructors explained that no plan is perfect, but also that this was the best identified method. Too many courses are led by the caveat that "it depends." This class gave clear method and steps and allowed us to focus on the process rather than the what-ifs.
