As of right now with it being my first time, i think the course is easy to follow and the small test after each video is a hit!.

The command slide was very informative and allowed me as a dispatcher to understand were the people I would need to be talking to would be at and how to properly have them on my command map.

For me as a dispatcher all elements are valuable because I could be talking to any one of the individuals involved in the situation.

Course was great.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Dispatch management and updates while the situation is happening/ while the situation is happening dispatch can fall to a secondary position as radio communication is taking place between the contact teams and all the supervisors dispatch should have a clear line of communication in order to call in additional resources and aid.

I feel this course was way more hands on for dispatchers than any other active shooter class I've attended which helped up to be more understanding and able to relate.

As dispatchers I feel like a lot of us like to know and understand better of what's going on in the field so if there were ever an opportunity for them to walk around with triage, command, etc I feel it would be nice to see their prespective.
