Dispatch is not utilized as a critical role / In a real world scenario we are more involved and the lack of info and part we play in the exercises is disheartening.

Learning the terminology used by responding units, what they stand for and why they exist.

Not very much of it was dispatcher centric. Which is understandable, but I think this course is best for units who are actually responding, not receiving the calls for service and minimally to those who are dispatching units to areas.
