Drilling the scenarios really painted the picture of what was actually happening, and allowed me to see what we do on every level. It taught me what gaps could potentially arise and how we elevate each other and assist/facilitate the flow of the checklist so that when something happens, we can prove to be organized and capable.

There wasn't anything I didn't find low value.

Maybe one more drill scenario before the capstone of what its like to run the scenario without the instructors actively assisting.

I'm definitely interested in more incident management now.

The hands on scenarios were most valuable. These taught me how to apply my skills in these types of situations.

One of the beginning excercises where we had to triage patients. My fire background does not give much EMS experience so this was something I was not able to participate in as much as I would have liked.

The instructors were wonderful and very knowledgeable. They were very helpful and experts in their fields and with this training. They were able to answer all questions that were brought forward and created a great environment for everyone to work collaboratively.

Learning more medial training so that I can better help others.
