The table top exercise was difficult with the number of recruits we had. Next year it should maybe be broken up by platoons.

The checklists and the audio of the full process of connecting resources was extremely valuable. It game me a baseline of communication to mimic.

All was important. Depending on rank and role as a responder, different responsibilities for others and rank might be inefficient to lower levels of responsibilities. Such as incident management for a supervisor or ems or fire.

Solid use of materials. Would like more dynamic scenarios with stimulus that would cause us to respond promptly.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Hands on. Easy to map it out with time in a safe environment. Would like hands on training of radio traffic and on scene assigning roles.
