You force communication interactions with every level or responsibility, to include teaching me HOW to say what I need to say...very valuable.

This course is about one hour too long...but I don't see how you could cut it. Logistics and content don't really allow any time to be cut out of the class. Very tough...I know I'm tired when the class is over!.

Good job...instructors were very professional and I thought they did a phenomenal job. Clean logistics, professional student interactions, excellent rapport building with students, and courteous to one another. Very good instructor cadre.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

You need at least one operational course with this one...very good stufff.

Great training even with using the simulators that had a couple glitches which should not reflect the instructors.

There was no part of the course that was less valuable than the next. The whole course and topics were excellent training.

The course is well structured and laid out. It is set to get all participants involved in all scenarios which keeps the class active.

Any other Active Shooter course and training I would like to get and have opportunity to be involved.

Running dispatch supervisor mainly because after giving out the initial call you basically just sit back and watch.
