Viewing operations at the Command and Area Command Levels; It it extremely useful to see the 30,000 foot view from the tactical level to understand how resources are managed and deployed.

PIO portion- I don't think I'd ever be allowed in front of a news camera. Good change of pace, though.

The TACTICAL and STAGING section of the exercises as those are within my scope in an Active Shooter Event.

The AREA COMMAND and COMMAND roles as those do not apply to me at my current level of experience.

I believe that dispatch should be more involved as that is generally where we see cognitive overload first. There is plenty of opportunity to simulate and recreate chaotic radio traffic and an influx of information through dispatch.
