I think coming from a dispatch perspective it was just useful to see how things work behind the scenes. The parts we dont normally hear or see.

Some of the law enforcement information, as I only work Fire/EMS dispatch.

Always include dispatch in these courses, it greatly improves the understanding of what is happening on scene so we can anticipate needs.
