The break down of the SRP was a good refresher and I believe it was the first time I saw hand gestures. Also, the "waiting" and reunification reminders are things not thought about often.

I was a little surprised at the retrieve an administrator part. I'm assuming this is in a warm zone or after a threat is stopped.
