From dispatch perspective having a critique of our part of the scenarios would be beneficial. I was able to look back and realize some mistakes I made but an instructor eval would be beneficial to learn from mistakes.

The exercises helped the most, thats when dispatch was put into play. Learning the ACRONYMS was hugePlus, you kind of get an idea of what is actually going on out in the field.

Like most training in this industry on this topic it leans heavily into the field response and did not touch on information flow or communication at all btwn dispatch and field units.
