There should be simulated training to help those understand better. start to finish running a scene to choose right and wrong answers and if wrong explanations to why and telling me what i got wrong.

Continuation of skills just like everything else. practice with mandatory department training.

Learning how to operate on scene in an active shooter incident.

In dispatch we don't really need the tactical view, but it is still nice to know for officer safety.

It would be ideal to see an dispatch expectation somewhere. What information to attempt to obtain, what officers and citizens need, how to handle curios callers, etc.

Anything ICS or NIMS is more understandable now.
