How many times command will change based on when more people arrive. And detailing the cold, warm and hot zones.

I think this was broke down into detailed sections really good.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Unfortunately with this day in time and how people are we really need to start hands on training for these types of incidents. Only way to improve is to practice it.
