PIO was the least for me. I'm more concerned with saving lives in an incident. That does not mean it isn't valuable, but the incident comes first. Not a press conference.

Which part(s) of the course was MOST valuable to you. Please explain why.

The most valuable part of the course was learning how law enforcement, fire, and EMS work together during an active shooter incident. I found the information about Rescue Task Forces, staging areas, and medical operations especially useful because it showed how important communication and teamwork are during an emergency.

The least valuable part was some of the repeated information throughout the course. Although repetition can help reinforce important concepts, some sections felt repetitive after covering the same information multiple times.

Overall, I thought the course was informative and helpful. I would suggest adding more real-life examples, scenarios, or interactive activities to help students better understand how the concepts would be used during an actual emergency.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I think additional training in emergency response, first aid, CPR, and trauma care would be most important. Training that focuses on how different agencies communicate and work together during major emergencies would also be useful.
