Being able to go back to each video, rather than one long video.

Each video just showed a person talking; it didn't have any 'visual' content to help us see how the situation unfolds.

Providing a mock incident where you can play your role and choose what needs to happen for each next step; I am a dispatcher and would like to do a practice round for my role; while also being able to play the other major roles to understand their point of views.

Dispatcher specific training and practice for these types of incidents.
