As someone with minimal intel over the subject, the most valuable to me is knowing of every arriving units responsibility when it comes to timing. Who gets established what with different responsibilities was never made clear until this course.

There wasn't a part that seemed least valuable to me since all seems rather pertinent.

It would be wonderful if there were a transcript for the videos.

I feel all other training is made even more important now that I have an understanding of how communications go with an active shooter.
