Providing info on how to work with other branches and how it should be set up.

This focus is for larger agencies then what I would work, we could never operate with this many levels as there is only a handful of us working. This is not well suited in my opinion for rural areas.

Its a good course so far but I do not think its the best option for rural areas. I think something focused specifically for an area with limited resources would be better for us.

A lot of the law command side of things.

I was left with a lot of questions such as what my fire department wants me to do and what should be brought in as part of a RTF member.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

What actions should the first on scene engine do vs a medic unit. What equipment do I need as part of the RTF. What radio ops look like and channels.
