I was part of a reunification center for a workplace mass shooting in our jurisdiction and many of the topics covered would've juts as useful in that situation.

N/A, everything I heard was valuable.

The only thing I might suggest differently was that we have moved away from the word "reunification" as it implies family members who respond will be reunified with their loved ones from the incident, which sadly isn't always going to be the case. We have since changed our language to opening a "resource center.".

Real world practice of the reunification phase.
