More examples of RTF in action. Law enforcement needs to see how that works more in real time. Maybe have someone at the incident command post suggest it early and show the process of doing it. I think it was glossed over in the video, and I feel in real life officers may do the same.

The modules were broken down step by step by the instructors. This made the concepts easier to understand and more logical for my daily duties.

I felt all the information provided was valuable and useful.

I felt the modules made for easier understanding of the material. There was a lot to cover, but breaking it all down into shorter sessions then providing quick tests for each module made it easier to take in all information.
