Pre-course material, it was repeated in the course. When people see the same material in the course that they were required to view prior to the course, they spend more time thinking about why they had to do pre-coursework than listening to the material again. Especially with as dry as the material is with people just standing there reading que cards.

Better audio and visual material to hear and see how the system has been implemented in real life or exercises.

Getting more repetitions to practice training.
