The check list app is a little hard to navigate due to all 5 pages being on onle long scrolling page. Breaking it up into 5 left/right swipes would improve it IMO.

The boardgame exercise was the most valuable tool for me. It allowed for hands on practice. I also enjoyed being able to listen to the radio simulation and follow what was checked off in the chart.
