The staging and steps of IC as I have little training on further steps through an incident command format.

The dice in relation to the scenarios. I feel it doesn’t represent or have as much value.

I think the instructor side of the training should have a more formalized cheat sheet on the points to hit and cover. Similar to what ALERRT instructor has which is a flashcard for the course and scenarios.
