The exercises taught me so much. As a PIO, I'm not typically in a hands on position, but this gave me so much insight as to what is happening out there.

None- it was all valuable information.

Probably unrealistic, but I would like even more exercises, and/or playing them out completely. It was a bummer to end the exercise before we got the last suspect. I would also suggest to include more realistic challenges in the exercises such as word spreading on social media, and the like, to combat as we are preparing for our press conference.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

This is only my second PIO course, so pretty much any other course!.

I was the only PIO in the class and I felt the program was fantastic. I was able to get a lot of reps in and consistent planning and understanding what I need to do in a critical with agencies I have never worked with. I really liked the template and I recommend providing that to any PIOs that attend so they can print out a bundle and not use your supplies. i.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

The scenarios and the team work. PIOs aren't exactly the favorite position to work with in these types of circumstances.

I think there is a way to make the press conferences for the PIO a little more diverse. The script was great but I think it could be tailored to each simulation a little more.
