I did not find any portion of the course least valuable to me.

I think adding in a scenario that applies directly to the host area. Though this would take time and additional resources running through a scenario with everyone for our own airport would be very beneficial.

Training on working with our counterparts and multiple levels of state, county, local, and federal.

Breaks - some good but too many.

It is challanging when a community has adopted the system to the point we have, we really need to practice with the modifications/adaptions we have adopted in order to truly practice like we play. If we have a class that is all from one area I would love to see more flexibility in the exercises to use those adaptations.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Functional and full scale reps. Thank you for making this happen for Madison and Dane County, excited for our continued partnership in learning!!.

The knowledge of the instructors. The practical exercises. The combinations of those two things made the course impactful and one of the best courses that I have taken in my years.

As much as Area Command was great and helpful, for this area of the county, we would not completely implement. Again, beneficial and helpful to see if play out and see how it would actually run, but it is just not implemented here.

Having higher level decision makers included would help implement the best practices being taught.
