I feel this course was way more hands on for dispatchers than any other active shooter class I've attended which helped up to be more understanding and able to relate.

The only suggestion I have, is having dispatchers sit facing each other vs in a straight line. also provide them with a white board so they can keep up with information given to them.

Continuning refreshers that piggy back off this. I really enjoyed this training. first time in a long time I was fully engaged and not watching the clock.
